Devin Chan

Devin is the Deputy Executive Director at Infrastructure Asia and has over 20 years of experience in funds management, consultancy and advisory services, with a strong focus in infrastructure, real estate and investments.

Devin currently oversees the market coverage team to originate infrastructure projects and uncover opportunities in Asia (Cambodia, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, India and Bangladesh). He is responsible for facilitating collaborations between regional infrastructure projects and the infrastructure ecosystem in Singapore. He works closely with both the public and private sectors, including developers, operators, technology providers, debt and equity funders, professional services and other support services to ensure that the projects are delivered efficiently and effectively with the right resources and expertise.
